To boost attendees at the World Travel Expo Sydney and increase European tour sales,  Trafalgar had to reach large audiences with an engaging activation. To do so, Black Raven Media created Venice themed activations in three high traffic shopping centres. This included an authentic Venetian ‘carnival’ atmosphere with a gondola, character actor and photo opportunity. To increase engagement, we offered free gelato in exchange for sign ups to attend the World Travel Expo. Trafalgar reported excellent results from this, with an uplift in tour sales during the expo.
